Grafton Affordable Housing Trust approves 2025 community preservation financial reports. Treasurer Brian Langevin presented data covering fiscal year 2025 and the first half of FY26, compiled with the town's Finance Director to meet semi-annual reporting requirements. The 5-0 vote sent the reports to the Community Preservation Committee.
Chair Dan Cusher scheduled a special February 19 Zoom meeting to review modifications to the Grant Agreement for 17 and 27 Upton Street, including assignment to new ownership and naming MCO Housing Services as monitoring agent. Director of Planning and Community Development Fiona DiMartino reported that engineering concepts for 5, 16, and 95 High Point Drive propose duplexes on all three lots, requiring modification to the original comprehensive permit issued for single-family homes.
