Affordable Housing Trust approves amended grant for Upton Street project.
Affordable Housing Trust · Meeting of February 19, 2026
GRAFTON — The Grafton Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approved the First Amendment to the Grant Agreement for 17 & 27 Upton Street, extending affordability restrictions in perpetuity and the agreement term to April 1, 2029. Treasurer Brian Langevin moved the approval, seconded by Vice Chair Colleen Roy, with all six members voting in favor. The amendment reflects a change in project leadership to an entity led by Brendon Giblin of Brendon Properties and Jon Grant of GSX, with MCO Housing Services designated as the monitoring agent.
The original entity, 17-27 Upton Street LLC, is being replaced by Upton Property Owner LLC as record title holder.
