Affordable Housing Trust · Meeting of January 15, 2026
Grafton Affordable Housing Trust approves GSX Solutions conditional draw pending Select Board action. Treasurer Brian Langevin's motion passed 6–0 to authorize Draw Request No. 23 contingent on execution of the Environmental Holdback Agreement and a Purchase and Sale Amendment expected for next week's Select Board vote; the property's closing is set for April 1. Director of Planning and Community Development Fiona DiMartino announced the Office of the Attorney General approved the town's protected-use ADU zoning updates, which require only Planning Board site plan review.
The Trust unanimously accepted its 2025 Annual Report and agreed to have Langevin maintain updated CPA fund tracking sheets on the Trust's webpage.
