Board of Registrars plans voter registration outreach

Grafton Board of Registrars launches comprehensive voter outreach ahead of annual election. The board, led by Chair John Bonina and including Vice Chair Lisa Yitts, Member Rachel Gerstein, and Town Clerk Amy Berry, plans to present to the Select Board on March 17 on the board's duties and will note its opposition to in-person early voting. Cable TV staff are producing four public service announcements covering voter information, ballot tracking, voting methods, and election worker recruitment.
Member Rachel Gerstein has volunteered to staff extended hours at the Town Clerk's office on May 1, the final voter registration deadline, to accept in-person registrations.
