GRAFTON — Central Massachusetts Regional Health Department Advisory Board approves FY26 budget. The three-municipality collaborative serving Grafton, Shrewsbury, and West Boylston approved $461,014 in grant funding with $28,000 in mid-year adjustments: $15,000 added to health communications, $10,000 to inspection software, and $3,000 to strategic planning consulting. The department logged 392 inspections and 51 case investigations since August.
Priority initiatives include transitioning Title V inspections from contractors to staff and hiring a summer epidemiology intern to fill data-analysis capacity gaps.
