Grafton Charter Review Committee elects officers, outlines governance priorities. David Robbins was elected chair unanimously, Mark Haddad as vice chair in a 12-1 roll-call vote with Daniel Fitzgerald opposed and Gregory Marr abstaining, and Gregory Marr as clerk unanimously. In its first meeting, the 14-member committee reviewed Grafton's 40-year charter history and identified potential amendments including restructuring the Finance Committee, changing the Town Administrator title to Town Manager, clarifying Fire Chief appointment authority, and making technical corrections related to the Town Clerk transition.

The committee will meet monthly on the second Thursday and will solicit charter-change suggestions from town departments and the public.
