Chair David Robbins distributed three preliminary proposals from Vice Chair Mark Haddad: changing Town Administrator to Town Manager, shifting Fire Chief appointing authority to the Administrator, and updating budget-process language. The Town Administrator supports the title change for recruitment purposes.
