Grafton Historic District Commission approves 2025 annual report. The commission met on February 10 and unanimously approved the report, which documents fiscal year 2025 applications and activities. Chair William Nicholson, Clerk Paul Scarlett, and members Debbie Ramsey, Brad Schlapak, and John Stephens attended.
