Grafton Historic District Commission approves Baptist Church clapboard painting. The commission, with four members present, approved a Certificate of Appropriateness allowing the Baptist Church to strip and repaint front clapboards containing lead paint. Chair William Nicholson presided with members Caileen Foley, Paul Scarlett, and John Stephens.

Member John Stephens also noted that applications for a Massachusetts Preservation Project Fund Grant will soon be due and could support repointing and window restoration at the Town House.
