Conservation Commission approves three development projects

GRAFTON — Conservation Commission issues three environmental permits. The Commission approved a solar array at 244 Worcester Street with eight special conditions and a driveway-widening project at 162 Old Upton Road with nine conditions focused on porous pavement. The Commission released a performance bond for the Pulte Homes portion of the Winslow Lane residential subdivision, endorsed a conservation restriction certification for Highfields Subdivision, and continued public hearings on two projects to April 7 and 21.
