Grafton Conservation Commission defers Meadowbrook Road decision. The Commission continued its public hearing on a proposed single-family house at 21 Meadowbrook Road to February 17, 2026, after Conservation Agent Leah Cameron identified multiple unresolved environmental issues: the wetland delineation had expired, stream crossing standards required addressing, land under water impacts needed quantification, and the proposed disturbance within the riverfront area exceeded regulations. The applicant also lacked current Board of Health approval for septic installation and had not yet received a Department of Environmental Protection file number.
Separately, Attorney Joe Antonellis and Project Manager Audie Osgood updated the Commission on the Highfields Subdivision, which the project team is preparing for potential road acceptance at the spring Town Meeting pending completion of outstanding compliance items.
