GRAFTON — The Finance Committee met with Town Moderator Down Anderson to plan safeguards for an upcoming 16-article Town Meeting. Chair Kyle Quirk and committee members discussed voter wristbands to protect against electronic voting device failure, a response to Spring Town Meeting challenges, along with designated seating, Town Meeting Quick Guides, and procedures for article discussion. Four National Honor Society volunteers will assist, and presentations will be given for two Community Preservation Act projects.
