That figure stands as both the period's price range and its median, since no other deed listed a consideration amount. Two deeds involved trustees tied to the Grimley family and one involved trustees for the Gagnon family. Other transfers listed mortgage-industry entities, including MERS, Bank of America and Leader Bank, as parties. With nine of 10 deeds undisclosed, the data offers limited insight into current values.
