Grafton IT Committee approves 2025 annual report and explores municipal AI adoption. All five members unanimously endorsed the annual report, which highlighted completion of a public WiFi project at town parks and award of a new IT services contract to Entre Technologies effective October 1, 2025. The committee received outreach from Jon Kokot, CEO of Civic, offering artificial intelligence tools for constituent and case management.
Rather than immediately commit, the committee authorized staff to identify what AI capabilities the town currently has and assess how they might improve municipal operations.
