Grafton Records 11 Property Transfers in August, Only One Discloses Sale Price
Grafton recorded 11 property deed transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one disclosed a sale price: $595,000, recorded Aug. 7, in which Stephanie F. and Chad N. Whitesel sold a Grafton property to James and Kristin Hayes. That sale set both the period's price range and median at $595,000, since it was the only transaction with a reported price. The remaining 10 transfers, including sales on Crosby Road, Leland Street, George Hill Road and Nottingham Road, listed no consideration amount. Several transfers involved banks or mortgage-related entities as sellers, and one involved a trustee-held property on Old Westboro Road.
