Grafton Records 14 Property Deeds, Just Three Disclose a Sale Price

Grafton's registry recorded 14 property deeds between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $285,000 to $335,000 with a median of $333,000. The top disclosed sale was a $335,000 property recorded simply as located in Grafton, sold July 27. Three Prentice Street parcels changed hands from the same sellers on the same day, though only one listed a price. Eleven of the 14 transfers, including several between banks and mortgage servicers, listed no sale price, making it difficult to draw broad conclusions about market conditions from this period's data alone.
