GRAFTON — Housing Authority approves $144,640 change order for capital project and completes security upgrade. At its March 10 meeting, the Grafton Housing Authority, chaired by John Kelley, approved a $144,640.35 change order for the FISH 110074 project and completed final approval of FISH 110077, a Maxwell Drive and Veterans Circle security camera upgrade at no additional cost. The board also approved participation in the Massachusetts State-Aided Property Insurance Program.

The authority discussed an ongoing response to a December 17th fire at 7A Forest Lane and reviewed a progress update from John Grennier on the Snow Road apartments project.
