Housing trust updates development projects as planner departs

Grafton housing trust advances two affordable housing projects through approval of prior meeting minutes and receipt of development reports. Chair Dan Cusher and the Trust received updates on the 17 and 27 Upton Street development, which has secured MCO Housing Services as monitoring agent and obtained its foundation permit, and on the 5, 16, and 95 High Point Drive project, which Trust Counsel Kathleen O'Donnell agreed to review for potential market-rate unit inclusion. The Trust reached its 10 percent administrative spending cap on Community Preservation Act funds.
The meeting marked the final day of Director Fiona DiMartino's tenure; Administrative Assistant Amber Monk will assume project coordination.
