Grafton IT Committee seeks AI policies for municipal departments. All five committee members met via Zoom on March 11, with Chair David Robbins reporting that ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Zoom AI Companion are available to town staff. Planning has used ChatGPT for meeting minutes, Recreation for public communications, and member Robert Carroll noted the school department uses Storydoc for presentations.

Robbins will consult with town administration about developing formal AI policies. The committee also determined to post meeting packets on the town's website alongside meeting agendas.
