Grafton library board approves two major policies. The Board of Library Trustees unanimously approved updated Collection Development and Volunteer policies at its March 25 meeting. The Collection Development Policy consolidates material selection, display, and maintenance guidance while affirming the board's commitment to intellectual freedom and equitable access.

The Volunteer Policy clarifies annual background-check procedures and sets volunteer eligibility at age 14 and above. Trustees also voted unanimously to affirm the Select Board's endorsement of an Eagle Scout Story Book Trail project featuring 16 weatherproof podiums on Town Lot 89, and approved bills totaling $27,047.83 across five warrants.
