Most Grafton Deed Prices Still Awaiting Registry Posting

Grafton recorded 14 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only four have a posted sale price so far: $100,000, $100,000, $172,000 and $200,000, for a median of $136,000. The top recorded sale was 23 Virginia Circle at $200,000, sold by Richard and Joann Brennan to Homefield Credit

The top recorded sale was 23 Virginia Circle at $200,000, sold by Richard and Joann Brennan to Homefield Credit Union. Ten transfers still lack price data, typical of the registry's posting lag rather than nondisclosure. Notably, 11 of the 14 deeds involved a bank, credit union, or mortgage-registration entity as buyer or seller, and Providence Road saw two separate transfers during the period.
