Nine Grafton deeds recorded in late July, but sale prices disclosed in just two
Grafton recorded nine property deed transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two disclosed a sale price: $774,000 for a property with no listed street address, and $375,600 for a condominium unit at 27 Nottingham Road. The median of the two disclosed prices was $574,800. The remaining seven transfers, spread across seven different streets, listed no sale price. Several transfers involved lenders or trust entities as buyers or sellers, and one, at 135 Westboro Road, was a commercial property change of hands. With pricing data available for only two of nine transfers, the period's overall market tone cannot be characterized from this dataset alone.
