Grafton Open Space Committee pursues permanent protection for 10 unprotected parcels. The committee unanimously approved the action item status report and continued work on identifying parcels that could be protected under Article 97 or Conservation Commission control. Eight subdivision parcels and two town-owned properties at 268 Upton Street Rear and 60 Ferry Street, acquired via tax lien in 2005 and 2022, are candidates for May 2026 Town Meeting articles.
Chair David Robbins updated the open space inventory with newly acquired parcels and reconciled the town's records with Massachusetts GIS data.
