Grafton Open Space Committee votes to reshape membership with Trails representative. The committee unanimously approved a motion by Shannon Phelan, Clerk, and seconded by Vice Chair Ann Marie Foley, requesting that the Select Board revise the committee's charge and composition to include Trails Committee representation by reducing at-large positions to one. The committee also unanimously ratified Chair David Robbins' February submission of the 2025 annual report to the town and approved allowing updates if additional departmental responses arrive.
