Opioid partnership approves logo redesign, tables behavioral hotline research

Grafton Opioid Recovery Community Partnership advances logo redesign and tables behavioral-hotline analysis. The partnership, comprising police leadership, regional health officials, and GAAP Recovery representatives, opened its February 10 meeting unanimously and approved December and January minutes. Fund balance stands at $268,343.86, with Mosaic grant awards pending.
Alison Turner, Regional Public Health Coordinator with the Central Massachusetts Regional Health District, reported that Grafton's health community needs assessment was completed in 2024 on a five-year cycle and is working to extract town-specific data. The partnership tabled discussion of a Massachusetts Behavioral Hotline after determining it is operated by a private company rather than a state agency and will invite Officer Wojnar to the March meeting to discuss the town's DARE program.
