Grafton Planning Board voted unanimously to ban data center development townwide, advancing the measure to Fall Town Meeting. Chair Greg Dalle-Molle led the board's selection of a permanent Zoning Bylaw amendment over a temporary moratorium; Town Counsel Anthony Riley explained that the amendment prevents data center development indefinitely unless Town Meeting later votes to allow them in designated areas. The zoning amendment appears on the October 19 warrant.
The board also unanimously completed a determination of completion for the Woodland Hills subdivision; the Conservation Commission has issued a Certificate of Compliance and roadway acceptance is scheduled for the same Town Meeting.
