GRAFTON — Nelson Park trustees approve September 19 community event. The Nelson Memorial Park & Memorial Library Trustees voted to permit the event, proposed by Bridget Waitkus and others, from noon to 4 p.m., subject to multiple conditions including parking management, restricted vehicle access to ball fields due to irrigation systems, and police coordination for Route 140 crossings. Trustees also approved transferring $1,600 in accrued Nelson Trust Fund earnings to the town and reviewed a $25-per-hour job posting for part-time building maintenance.
