Grafton Library subcommittee advances volunteer screening policy, sets monthly meetings. The Policy Subcommittee, led by Chair Aaron Vandesteen with members Prabhu Venkataraman and Katrina Ireland-Bilodeau, discussed and agreed to present updates to volunteer screening policies, including Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) checks for volunteers age 18 and above, to the full Board of Library Trustees for review. The subcommittee will meet monthly on the first Wednesday of every month in 2026.
