Zoning Board continues all three cases on agenda
Zoning Board · Meeting of April 2, 2026
Grafton Zoning Board continues three cases after only four of seven members show up. With Vice Chair William McCusker noting any variance needs a four-of-five supermajority, Chairman Brian Waller warned applicants that "if any one of us votes no, you're going to lose the appeal" and face a two-year wait to reapply. Every applicant, including Gerrad Monk at 7 Milford Road, Cynthia Thurston at 257 Worcester Street and Mr.
Bowman's representative Shane Pickard on the 60 Waterville Street appeal, chose a continuance over testimony. The board voted 4-0 to push the Milford Road and Worcester Street cases to April 23 and the Waterville Street appeal to April 29, and also approved February 26 and March 19 minutes, 4-0 each.
