Zoning Board continues all three cases to later dates
Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of April 2, 2026
GRAFTON — Zoning Board of Appeals continues all three cases without hearing testimony. With only four of seven members present on April 2, the board continued Cases #922 and #923 to April 23, 2026, at 7 p.m., and Case #921 to April 29, 2026, at 7 p.m. Applicants Mandy Hicks and Gerrad Monk requested a continuance on Case #922 (7 Milford Road, variance/special permit), citing the board's quorum constraints.
Vice Chair William McCusker noted that with only four members present, any variance decision would require all four to vote in favor, since variances normally require a four-out-of-five supermajority. No cases were decided.
