Grafton Board of Library Trustees approves Meeting Room Policy, authorizes library closure for filtration work. Vice Chair Rachel Tosches presided with four trustees present as the board unanimously approved an updated Meeting Room Policy and voted to close the library for half a day during water filtration system installation, avoiding a $5,000 add-on charge for off-hours work. The board allocated $14,176.99 from State Aid for FY26 personnel line expenses and approved $1,100 from State Aid for promotional pens.

Director Katrina Ireland-Bilodeau reported the first strategic planning committee meeting convened July 20, with the next meeting scheduled for August 3.
