GRAFTON — School Committee approves high school course offerings and establishes dormant special education fund. Grafton High added Personal Writing, Financial Math, and General Psychology taught through Worcester State, while reducing early college partnership offerings due to instructor shortages. The committee unanimously approved establishing a Special Education Stabilization Fund with $100,000, discovering the fund had been approved by town meeting in 2017 but never formally set up, and approved a $200,000 transfer to a companion reserve account established in 2018 that had earlier improper withdrawals.
