MBTA Worcester Line Construction Schedule Runs Through September
Grafton commuters are contending with a temporary construction schedule on the MBTA Worcester Line that runs through September, while Town Hall is recruiting residents to serve as volunteer "Community Liaisons."
TOWN HALL
The MBTA and Keolis, the Commuter Rail's operations and maintenance partner, have put a temporary construction schedule into effect on the Worcester Line, with service changes remaining in place until September, according to a notice posted on the town's website.
The town is also looking for volunteers willing to serve as Community Liaisons, connecting with members of the community and advocating for neighborhood needs, the town said in a notice on its website. Details on how to apply were not specified beyond the town's call for interested residents to read on for more information.
The Central Massachusetts Mosquito Control Project sprayed in Grafton on Wednesday, Aug. 13, the second of four tentative August dates that also include Aug. 6, 20 and 27, weather permitting, as the project continues responding to resident concerns.
