Grafton Planning Board endorses two subdivisions and AARP walk audit training initiative. The board unanimously approved Approval Not Required subdivisions for 30 Crosby Road and 27 Old Upton Road, each dividing existing parcels into two buildable lots meeting zoning and state requirements; both votes passed 4-0. All board actions were unanimous, including approval of bills and acceptance of AI-generated meeting minutes from 2022.

Planning Director Fiona DiMartino announced her departure to accept another position outside the town.
