Recreation Commission · Meeting of March 2, 2026

GRAFTON — The Grafton Recreation Commission acknowledged a three-year inclusion support program as the Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator announced her resignation. Commission Chair Kristen Belanger presided over the March 2 meeting with Commissioners Stephen Crowley, Jessie Remillard, and Jake Roberts. Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator Bridget Durward presented the inclusion process providing families with intake assessments, family meetings, and individualized plans for children in recreation programs.

The commission acknowledged the significant development effort, with Commissioner Jessie Remillard noting the program would have benefited their child; Durward's resignation is effective March 13, and Recreation Director Adam Lapointe stated summer staff hiring is complete with recruitment underway through CTRS programs.
