Grafton Emergency Management assigns AED funding coordination role to Board of Health. The Emergency Management Agency's 13 members, directed by Kathy Cederberg, unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and discussed upcoming training in CPR, Stop the Bleed, and Narcan. MRC Coordinator Marianne DeVries will provide information on a Worcester training opportunity.

The agency reported a $3,066.62 budget balance as of January 31, 2026, and with federal grants on hold, is proposing to purchase two satellite phones. The Board of Health will oversee standardizing AED equipment funding and maintenance across town buildings.
