Grafton Health Advisory Flags Recalled Outshine Fruit Bars

A public health advisory posted to Grafton's town alert system Monday flagged a recall of Outshine fruit bars, urging any resident who bought the frozen treats to check the recall notice and discard or return affected packages.

The advisory, posted to the town's News Flash system, comes as Grafton continues managing several ongoing facility issues heading into the fall. The Grafton Senior Center's front entrance and its adjacent parking spots remain closed for ramp construction that began July 27; the closure is expected to last through the end of August, according to the town.

SCHOOLS

Grafton Public Schools has streamlined and centralized its student supply lists for both elementary and middle school students ahead of the new academic year, the district said, aiming to give families clearer guidance on what the district provides directly versus what students need to bring. The change applies as the district heads into its first full week of classes.
