Planning Board schedules hearing on subdivision regulations
Planning Board · Meeting of January 12, 2026
Grafton Planning Board schedules hearing on subdivision regulations overhaul. The board voted unanimously, 5 to 0, to schedule a public hearing on revisions to the Subdivision Control Rules and Regulations after two years of work with consultant Vanesse Hangen Brustlin Inc. Chair Robert Hassinger, Vice-Chair Justin Wood, Clerk Greg Dalle-Molle, and Members David Robbins and Michael Palermo moved the motion forward.
The revisions incorporate low-impact development principles and clarify the Planning Board's regulatory authority; resident concerns about street trees and invasive species will be addressed separately later in 2026.
