Planning Board Approves Subdivisions, Site Plan; Backs Data Center Ban
Planning Board · Meeting of September 14, 2026
Grafton Planning Board voted unanimously to advance a proposed data center regulatory prohibition bylaw. The board directed Christian D'Emilia, Director of Planning and Community Development, to prepare a Planning Board recommendation supporting the amendment, which would establish clear prohibition of data centers in all zoning districts. In property approvals, the board unanimously approved Approval Not Required subdivisions at Blanchard Road and Crosby Road and approved a site plan for 41 Pleasant Street submitted by Nancy Buffone.
The board also determined that cosmetic rebranding changes to Dunkin', 72 Worcester Street, including signage updates, awning replacements, and exterior color changes, constitute a minor modification requiring no new special permit.
