Grafton panel continues two wetlands hearings to Sept. 29
Conservation · Meeting of September 15, 2026
Grafton conservation panel continues two hearings after an engineer misses another deadline. The commission pushed a notice of intent for geothermal trenches at 66 Brigham Hill Road to September 29 after the applicant's engineer, identified as Mark Centaur, failed to submit revised plans addressing four outstanding comments from an August 25 hearing, telling staff he still needs to survey the property's tree line. Commissioner Sandy flagged that the plan does not show the distance between a 6,500-square-foot stormwater infiltration bed and the home's septic system, a Title V setback requirement.
A second hearing, for a Gilmore Building Company project at 7 Meadowbrook Road, was also continued to September 29 after no applicant representative appeared. A third application, for 21 Meadowbrook Road, was withdrawn without prejudice. The board separately appointed commissioner Amira to a new Master Plan Implementation Committee expected to convene in October.
