Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 Grafton property transfers between Aug. 28 and Aug. 31, but only four carry a sale price so far, ranging from $86,000 to $498,000 with a median of $248,373. The month's priciest recorded transfer was 56 John Dr. Unit 3206, which sold for $498,000. Providence Road saw two transfers, and one transfer at 52 Tulip Cir. Unit 159 moved property from individual owners into a family trust. Prices for the remaining six transfers, including 39 Institute Rd. and 4 Abby Rd., were not yet available in registry data as of Sept. 26, which is typical for recently recorded deeds.
