Grafton Records Eight September Property Sales, Most Prices Still Pending
Grafton recorded eight property sales in the four weeks ending Oct. 3, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but sale prices have posted for only two so far. Those two ranged from $235,000 for a unit at 151 Providence Road to $560,000 for a Grafton property without a listed street address, producing a median of $397,500. The other six sales, including units on Summerfield Drive and Providence Road and properties on Morgan Drive, Milford Road, Fitzpatrick Road, Powerline Drive and Bruce Street, have no price yet in registry data. Three of the eight sales list banks or mortgage companies as sellers. With pricing available for only a quarter of this period's transactions, overall market tone cannot yet be determined from the data.
