Grafton Sees 14 Property Transfers in Late Summer as Sale Prices Trickle In
Grafton recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only three carry a sale price so far: $250, $250 and $100,000, for a median of $250. The period's top recorded sale was a condominium at 96 Samuel Dr., Unit 2008, which sold for $100,000 to Shrewsbury Federal Credit Union. Two other priced transfers, both nominal $250 sales, moved properties into the Ferry Street Realty Trust. Several of the remaining 11 transfers listed mortgage or lending entities among the parties. With most prices still pending at the registry, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be determined from the available data.
