Grafton School Committee establishes three-member subcommittee to analyze fee opportunities. The Fee Subcommittee, chaired by Kristy Kielbasinski and including member Stella Varellas-Dikas, will research comparable Massachusetts school district fee practices and identify areas where new fees may be appropriate and fiscally sound. The subcommittee is explicitly barred from modifying existing fees or making curriculum decisions and must present all recommendations to the full School Committee for approval before they take effect.
