GRAFTON — Technology Committee offers Flock camera expertise to town administrators. David Robbins, chair, led the committee meeting on August 12 via Zoom, with Robert Hassinger (vice chair), Robert Carroll, and Lucas Remillard attending; Amar Clark was absent. Members discussed technical questions regarding Flock automated license plate readers, including data control, storage, deletion protocols, and IT governance concerns including access control, monitoring, and auditing.
Noting that Town Meeting originally approved Flock funding with limited public information, the Committee offered to share its technical expertise with the Town Administrator and Police Chief.
