Grafton Conservation Commission approves septic replacement order, defers two developments. Chair Sandra Brock and Commissioners Noah Haag and Emma Coates (Travis Mast and Amyrah Arroyo absent) approved an Order of Conditions for Mark Santora's septic replacement at 9 Indian Path, requiring 25-foot buffer staking and signage. Two applications were continued to September 15: the single-family house and accessory dwelling unit at 7 and 9 Meadowbrook Road by Gilmore Building Co., and the geothermal system at 66 Brigham Hill Road.

The Commission issued a Certificate of Compliance for a completed project at 3 Leland Street and ratified an Enforcement Order for 124 Westboro Road after erosion control restoration.
