Grafton Records Nine Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Are Not Yet Recorded
Grafton recorded nine property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three deeds had a sale price recorded, ranging from $100,000 to $375,000 with a median of $210,000. The top recorded sale was a condominium unit at 11 Summerfield Dr Unit 9, which sold for $375,000; the sellers were Linda Bousquet Frederico and Robert Joseph Frederico, and the buyers were New Fed Mortgage Corp and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Most of the period's deeds involved banks, credit unions or mortgage servicers as buyers or sellers, and with two-thirds of transactions carrying no price data, the available figures are too limited to characterize overall market tone.
