Grafton Planning Board adopts revised subdivision rules strengthening development standards. The board unanimously approved amendments to subdivision control regulations, updating definitions, design requirements, and ADA-compliant sidewalk dimensions, with enhanced stormwater management and green infrastructure provisions. In other business, the board unanimously approved a $346,000 bond and surety rider for the "Abby Woods" subdivision by Central MA Home Builders, LLC, and made a minor modification determination for wireless equipment at 58 Follette Street with one abstention.
Planning Director Fiona DiMartino announced her departure. The public hearing on a solar array project at 244 Worcester Street by Wyman-Gordon Company was continued to March 23.
